Changes in conversion rate reporting before and after app activation

(Before app activation) Shopify's analytics and reports

Shopify dashboard and reports cover common reporting and analytics. Refer to the image below,  Online Store Conversion Rate graph before app activation.

(After app activation) App's Dashboard and Reports 

After app activation, the Shopify Online Store conversion rate is Inaccurate as the app takes place for checkout sessions. You can see sharp drops in conversion rate as the below sample.
Tracking events:
Added to cart: Work as normal, as the app do not interfere "Add to cart" event
Reached checkout: Checkouts processed by the app are not tracked by Shopify anymore
Sessions converted: Checkouts processed by the app are not tracked by Shopify anymore
